Small Step for Training, Giant Leap for Flight Design.

When Dave Unwin from Europe’s Today’s Pilot Magazine in a flight test article the new MC described as a “Metal Masterpiece” and also wrote that it was a “enjoyment for students and instructors” we knew that we had a very special airplane on the line.

Answering many request from flight schools and flying clubs Flight Design has produced a more robust and solid plane, capable of handling the heavy wear and tear this environment puts on the airplanes and it is now simple a matter of time before the schools and clubs discover these qualities for themselves.

One of the first to see the virtues of the MC is the Mission Aviation Fellowship, MAF in short, an operation that operates 125 .aircraft in 35 countries with around 1000 staff throughout Africa, South and Central America, Asia and the Pacific .

MAF has ordered the first Flight Design MC from Sportsaircraft Australia  for their in house training requirements.

This is indeed a giant leap for Flight Design and the right decision made  by  the Mission Aviation Fellowship.
