First Signs of Summer
Tim and I spent a good part of Tuesday cutting the grass at Kaipara Flats Airport. After a few wet months the grass had been growing, and although it had received a few cuts during the winter, a good spring cleaning cut was at order.
We hope that we get a good summer with lots of flying weather and tons of visitors flying to Kaipara Flats, one of the best grass strips in the country , and with the courtesy box, a landing fee affordable for everyone.
